A viral video has been circulating on social media featuring a Himalayan yogi, Mahayogi Satyendra Nath, meditating during a snowstorm in the Saraj Valley of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. The video has sparked widespread interest and debate about the yogi's ability to withstand extreme cold. Satyendra Nath, also known as Ishputra, has been practicing Him Sadhana, a form of yoga that involves generating internal heat through techniques such as pranayama and agni beeja mantras. He has been doing this for 23-24 years and has been followed by disciples who have recorded several videos of his meditation sessions in the snow. The video has been confirmed as real by Kaulantak Peeth, a centre of the Himalayan Siddha tradition.
