In the Siddha Dharma lineage, Purnabhishek Sadhana is not open to all aspirants. With deep reverence and joy, IKSVP extends heartfelt congratulations to all Bhairavas and Bhairavis who have been divinely blessed to receive yet another supreme and sacred Deeksha by the boundless grace of Mahasiddha Ishaputra. The first day of the sadhana commences with the sacred practice of Yoga. The practice of Yoga purifies and prepares the physical body, making it a worthy vessel to receive the divine energies of sadhana. Following this, the practice of Pranayama—the conscious regulation of breath—helps to still the restless mind and stabilize the intellect. Through this inner stillness, the seeker becomes more receptive to the subtle spiritual wisdom that is imparted, allowing the sacred knowledge to be absorbed not just intellectually, but at the level of the soul.
