योग और महायोगी ======== कौलान्तक पीठाधीश्वर महायोगी सत्येन्द्र नाथ की अद्भुत साधनों को देख कर कोई भी आश्चर्यचकित रह जाएगा, बाल्यकाल से ही हिमालयों के शिखरों पर उनका महासाम्राज्य रहा, किसी हिम तेंदुए की तरह महायोगी किसी भी पर्वत पर आने जाने में बहुत ही सहज थे, बनों बनों घूमना कोई सरल कार्य नहीं, किन्तु महायोगी जंगली जानबरों की परवाह किये बिना शान से विचरण करते हैं, क्योंकि वो हिमालयों व पर्वतीय बनों के हर राज को जानते हैं, योग को सिद्ध करना या साधारणतय: सीखना भी बहुत जटिल होता है, वैराग्य भाव के बीच ही कठोर अभ्यास करते हुए गुरु के दिशा निर्देश में एक-एक आसन, प्राणायाम, आचार-विचार, व्यवहार को समझाना और सीखना पड़ता है, जो सीखा उसे प्रयोग पर उतारना भी होता है, योग भीतर के ऐसे संसार से परिचय करवाता है कि कोई उसकी व्याख्या तक ठीक से नहीं कर पाता, रात ठीक तीन बजे के करीब उठा जाने वाले महायोगी जी के लिए ये सब सहज ही था, इसलिए नहीं कि वो कोई चमत्कारिक पुरुष जन्म-जात थे, बल्कि इसलिए कि एक तो वो हिमालय के निकट पैदा हुए साथ ही दैवयोग से अत्यंत सिद्ध गुरु प्राप्त हुए, फिर उनकी अपनी अगाध गुरु भक्ति, इन सबने मिल कर महायोगी को योग का ऐसा दिव्य पुरुष बना दिया कि छोटी सी अवशता में ही गुरुजनों की देख-रेख में ध्यान लगाते-लगाते आंशिक समाधि तक पहुँचने लग गए, योग में महायोगी जी की कुशलता देखते ही बनती है, हिमालयों पर प्रमुख आसनों के अतिरिक्त भी महायोगी जी नें लगभग तीन हजार से ज्यादा योगासनों को सीखा, प्रकटयोग यानि की ग्रंथों में लिखा गया योग व गुप्तयोग यानि कि केवल गुरु शिष्य परम्परा के अनुसार दिया जाने वाला व सिखाया जाने वाला योग महायोगी जी को पूर्णतया प्राप्त हुआ, शैवकुल व शाक्तकुल का चक्र आधारित योग, 72 प्राणायामों सहित विविध मुद्राओं, बंधों आदि का ज्ञान लिया, महाऋषि पतंजलि सहित, पञ्चशिखाचार्य, जैगीश्व्याचार्य, वार्षगण्याचार्य सहित कई आदि ऋषियों के कुल का योग ज्ञान पाया, योग सिद्धि सरलता से प्राप्त नहीं होती, ब्रह्मचर्य आदि के कठोर सिद्धांतों की महायोगी जी को इस लिए भी जरूरत नहीं पड़ी क्योंकि वो तो तीन चार वर्ष की आयु से गुरु के पास योग का ज्ञान पा रहे थे, योग के यम नियमों सहित ईश्वर प्रणीधान आदि को सीखते हुए काफी समय लग गया लगभग सात वर्ष की आयु पार हो जाने के बाद महायोगी जी को हिमालय में योग का अभ्यास करने का शुभ अवसर प्राप्त हुआ, सबसे पहले महायोगी के योग का गवाह बना गरुडासन पर्वत, जहाँ महायोगी जी नें ध्यान की सीमाओं से पार समाधि की और जाना शुरू कर दिया, गरुडासन पर्वत से मीलों-मीलों तक कोई मानव सभ्यता ही नहीं है, शीतल पहाड़ी क्षेत्र और बिलकुल एकांत पवित्र स्थल है ये पर्वत, योग की विविध विधाएं हैं जैसे हठयोग, राजयोग, नादयोग, भक्तियोग,मन्त्रयोग आदि-आदि, महाकाल शिव प्रणीत इस परम विद्या को सीखा तो जा सकता है पर इसका अभ्यास देख कर ही डर लगने लगता है, याज्ञवल्क्य आदि ऋषियों सहित गुरु गोरक्षनाथ प्रणीत योग का सहारा लेते हए ही महायोगी का योग जीवन आगे गति कर पाया है, हिमालयों के परम शिखरों जैसे कृष पर्वत, वक्र पर्वत, मुखर पर्वत, नाग पर्वत, इन्द्रासन पर्वत, जोगिनी पर्वत, श्रुति पर्वत आदि पर पर योग का अनुसंधान आम व्यक्ति को भी योगी बना सकता है, फिर महायोगी जी जैसे पुरुष को दिव्य होने में भला कितना समय लगता? लगभग 12 वर्ष की लघु आयु में ही गुरु पद प्राप्त करने वाले महायोगी जी का बचपन इतना लुभावन रहा है कि बालक योगी के पास कई बृद्ध सन्यासी शिष्यों का समूह हो गया, सब बस यही चाहते थे कि उनको महायोगी का साथ मिले ताकि वो भी योग की महा साधना को सीख सकें, प्राण ऊर्जा को प्राप्त हो चुके महायोगी, बहुत से सन्यासियों को बाल्यकाल में ही सूर्य योग आदि सिखा चुके हैं, महायोगी जी के साथ बहुत से सन्यासियों को हिमालय पर विचरण करने का सुअवसर भी प्राप्त हुआ, यही अच्छी बात भी रही क्योंकि इन लोगों नें महायोगी जी की तस्वीरों को अपनें कैमरों में कैद किया । महायोगी जी योग को चिकित्सक की तरह भी जानते हैं और योगी की तरह भी, उससे भी अच्छी बात तो ये लगती है कि वो स्तर के अनुरूप बालक, युवा, स्त्री व बृद्धों को इसका ज्ञान भी देते है, जो बहुत रोचक है, बहुत से सन्यासी इतने भाग्यशाली रहे है कि उनहोंने महायोगी जी से हिमालय पर ही शक्तिपात व दिव्यपात प्राप्त किया, बहुत से योगाभ्यासी लगातार परस के बाद भी योग की अनुभूतियों तक नहीं पहुँच पाते ऐसे में शक्तिपात जैसे गुरुगम्य प्रयोग साधारण व्यक्ति को भी योग के उच्चतम शिखर तक ले आता है, साधारण जिज्ञासु महायोगी जी को पूरी तरह परेशान ही कर देता है, क्योंकि योग के कई मार्ग हैं, कोई जिज्ञासु पुस्तक आदि पढ़ कर या सुन कर महायोगी जी के पास पहुँच जाता था, और फिर वही प्रश्न कुण्डलिनी शक्ति क्या होती है? चक्र सात होते हैं या आठ या एक हजार ? अनिमादि सिद्धियाँ क्या होती है? क्या मुझे ये सिद्धियाँ मिलेंगी? क्या आप हवा में उड़ कर दिखा सकते हैं? आप बहुत दिनों तक भूखे प्यासे कैसे रह लेते हैं ? जंगलों और सुनसान पर्वतों पर आपको डर नहीं लगता? ठण्ड से कैसे बचाव करते है? आपको ध्यान और समाधि में क्या अनुभव होता है? अब तो में भी इन प्रश्नों को सुनते ही चकराने लगता हूँ लेकिन महायोगी जी को इन्ही प्रश्नों के उत्तर हजारों बार देने पड़े होंगे, उससे भी हैरानी की बात जो वास्तब में महायोगी जी को गहरे से जनता नहीं, आते ही उल्टा महायोगी जी को योग सिखाना शुरू कर देता है, जब कुछ समय बाद उनको पता चलता है कि हमसे ये क्या हो गया तो मैंने बहुतों को श्रम से पानी-पानी होते देखा है, किन्तु महायोगी ये सब कभी जताते नहीं, केवल सही जिज्ञासु उनसे कुछ प्राप्त कर पाता है, महायोगी जी परम्परावादी हैं, इसलिए पात्र को ही ज्ञान, पात्र को ही विद्या के सिद्धांत पर चलते हैं । यहाँ मैं महायोगी जी के योग ज्ञान के बारे में ज्यादा नहीं कहूँगा, क्योंकि वो बड़ी ही गूढ़ बातें हो जायेंगी जिसे आम जनमानस नहीं समझ पाता, और ये स्थान आम जनमानस के लिए है, यहाँ ये कहना भी जरूरी है कि महायोगी जी योग के आध्यात्मिक पक्ष को मजबूती से जानते हैं, लेकिन साथ ही आम लोग जो योग को केवल कुछ प्राणायाम या योगासन मंत्र ही समझाते हैं, उनके लिए भी महायोगी जी उनकी इच्छा के अनुरूप ज्ञान देते हैं, किन्तु योगासन और प्राणायाम के अतिरिक्त भोजन, वस्त्र, आचरण,सांगत व सोच भी ढालनी चाहिए ये महायोगी जी का सन्देश रहता है, हिमालयों की कंदराओं, हिमनदों के नीचे व गुफाओं में महीनों साधनारत रहने वाले महायोगी सत्येन्द्र नाथ जी महाराज को योग की लुप्त क्रियाओं का भी ज्ञाता कहा गया है, वैसे भी हिमालयों में जो एक बार इनको योगाभ्यास करते व साधना और समाधी लगाते देख लेता है तो उसके प्रश्न तिरोहित होने लगाते हैं, इसलिए योग भास्कर कौलान्तक पीठाधीश्वर को योग क्षेत्र में दिव्यौघ गुरु की उपमा प्राप्त है,लेकिन यहाँ एक बात साफ-साफ कहना चाहूँगा कि महायोगी जी साधारणतया योग विद्या की अथवा अन्य विद्याओं की चर्चा नहीं करते, जबतक की अति अनिवार्य न हो जाए, कुल कुण्डलिनी का दिव्य ज्ञान तो परम्परागत पीठ की विद्याओं में ही निहित था जो महायोगी जी को मिला, इन सबसे भी ज्यादा दुखद पहलू ये है कि महायोगी लोगों से मिलने से कतराते हैं, किसी कीमत पर लोगों से नहीं मिलना चाहते, जबतक कि अति अनिवार्य न हो जाए, यही कारण है कि महायोगी जी की दिव्यता जन-जन तक नहीं पहुँच पा रही, अनेक लोग महायोगी जी के दर्शन लाभ लेना चाहते है, किन्तु अपने योग-ध्यान, पूजा पाठ व कुछ अन्य कार्यों में ही महायोगी व्यस्त रहते हैं, ये बड़ी चिंता का विषय है क्योंकि साधक ज्ञान का लाभ नहीं ले पायेगा, किन्तु इसके लिए भी उपाय खोजे जा रहे हैं, ताकि महायोगी जी का ज्ञान सभी तक पहुँच सके, भविष्य में ऐसे कई साधन होंगे जिनके द्वारा आप सीधे महायोगी जी से सनातन ज्ञान को प्राप्त कर सकेंगे, हिमालय के महानतम योगी आज हमारे बीच है ये हमारे लिए गौरव की बात है, अन्यथा केवल सुना जाता था कि हिमालय में योगी होते हैं उनको देखने का और उनसे सीखने का शुभ समय हमें मिला है । #Ishaputra #KaulantakPeeth #Yog #HimalayanSiddhas #SiddhaDharm
